Our Story
Even though the topic of mental health is being constantly discussed worldwide, it was only during the pandemic that people started to take serious note of the issue. The discussions stemmed from multiple factors, such as the displacement of people from their families due to the lockdown and looming uncertainty in the job and education sector.
Thus, we saw an influx in the availability of online therapy forums that helped people tackle their mental health problems that worsened due to the pandemic.

While people were more open to the fact that seeking therapy isn't the worst-case scenario, UNICEF, however, published a report (The States of the Worlds Children 2021) which stated that young people are showing hesitancy to counselling and psychotherapy due to judgement from their peers, lack of accessibility, affordability issues, and many more.
Many aren't aware of the fact that there are multiple forms of therapeutic techniques that exist beyond the conventional psychologist's office.

Thus, Therapy Tribe was created to give insight and aid to those who want to seek therapy and help them pick the right one.
We also aim to educate people and let them know about the various kinds of creative and alternative therapeutic techniques that they can follow and find their way to feeling good both mentally and physically.
